Its pretty, (my best friends name is Sienna), but I like Sienna Grace, Sienna Hope, or Sienna Rose.

Sienna is beautiful. Noelle is not the best match with it, but I don’t believe it matters much (depends on how often you think your daughter will use her full name). Another suggestion with a better flow (I think) would be Sierra Noelle.
