10th year anniversary of vs. 9/11 baby...!

We’re pregnant!!!! We just learned the big news today and are already looking for that perfect name. We also realized that our baby will likely be born on or around September 11, 2011... Not kidding! What do you think would be a good name to commemorate that big day (girl and boy, we obviously don’t know which one we’re having)? Thanks a million! PS: We’re thinking for a girl: Liberty?

Also, how reliable have you found due date calculators to be? We are fairly sure we’ve got the conception day right.

Not too reliable. I would bet that you will not have the baby on that day unless you induce.

lol - well we realize that it probably won’t be on that exact day, but certainly pretty close if all goes well.

Can you think of a boy name to go with Liberty? Thanks! :)

Thanks, we do like Matilda and Honor, and Sam and Maverick. Also, do you guys know some names (again, male and female) that mean peace or something similar? We think it would be quite appropriate, what do you think? :)

I’m not sure what you could use for a boy, unless you looked for a name with a certain meaning.

Frederick means Peace Ruler and has lots of cute nicknames like Freddie and Richie
Geoffrey means God Peace, so does Godfrey. Govert is kind of cute and means the same thing.
Jeffery or Jeffrey mean God Peace as well.
Noah means Peace.
Jerusalem is a nice Biblical name that means Heritage of Peace if you want something really different. Jerry or Salem are cute nicknames for it. Solomon is another Biblical one that means Peace.
Pax means Peace.
Seifer means Victory Peace.
Shalom means Peace.
Humphrey means Peaceful Warrior.
Wilfred means Will Peace and Winfred means Peace Friend.

Pax is cute or Paxton, but Paz is kind of over the top for a girl. It’s also not very flattering sounding. I like Liberty Paz much better!
