Makayla is my favorite by far. Harpis reminds me of Harpist. It’s out there.Asley is not flattering sounding. I also fear that kids could tease her because the beginning is similar to the a word.

My friend’s daughter is named McKell. I think this spelling is less likely to get mistaken as Makayla.
