Don’t do that. Eliza Jane is fine just the way it is. Why do you need unnecessary letters when it’s still going to be said the same way? It will make you look uneducated and it will be a headache on your daughter to constantly be spelling her name for people.

I agree that double letters might be unnecessary, but if it is a tradition or something, then Elliza Jane would be cute. People might pronounce it like el-leeza instead of e-lie-za, but other than that, Elliza looks better than Eeliza, Elizaa, or Elizza, IMO. Good luck!
