We absolutely love EmmaLeigh but can’t decide if which way to go. Should we have 2 middle names or use Emma and Leigh as a double first name? Her big brother is Bryce Robert Lee Kimball(5) but we call him Bryce-Lee. We really need advice

EmmaLeigh/Emma-Leigh is nice, though she may have to correct people all the name on the spelling, as most would see ’Emily’

My great grandpa and grandpa and as well as 3 Uncles all have Lee for mn and I also have a grandma and 2 Aunts with mn Leigh/lea.

I think because emma leigh sounds like Emily i think you should just call your new daughter Emily Charlotte

Emma-Leigh. That way you can tell that they are two separate names (ie it’s not a yuneek spelling of Emily) but it’s still obvious that she goes by both names. EmmaLeigh is confusing and Emma Leigh (Leigh as the middle name) looks like just that: a middle name.
