They are all perfectly good options and beautiful names.
I would pick between Ann & Celine since they hold a sentimental value for you, which is always a plus.
I would pick Celine. Because besides the fact that it sounds great, its the more unique name. :)
Haley Celine is gorgeous! its got a nostalgic touch, flows well, and is unique. thats practically a complete package!! haha

Haley Rosanne might be good. You get to keep Rose as well as use a family name...
