Beautiful! love it when parents actually think through the meaning of the names
I actually like Simona Claire even better. flows better, in my opinion. Then she can go by Simone. :)

Simone is NOT a girls name.. that is terrible. Im ok with some unisex names but this is crossing the line. Poor girl

Yes Simona does flow better, but Simona doesn’t sit right in my ears for some reason. It’s not easy finding many names that flow well with Simone as a fn.

Simon is a boys name. Simone is all feminine, no one would name a boy Simone. I assume you are misreading the name as the boy name Simon.

I would consider some mn’s that start with E and A if I found one I liked with a good meaning, it does flow better. Maybe I’ll comb thru those sections of the baby name books this weekend.
