I like both spellings, so it’s hard to choose.
Such a great name!

Rachel is fine, too-just kind of blah next to Jillian imho.

I love Jillian, this spelling. I used to work in daycare, and we had a little girl named Gillian, but everyone called her Jill. I hated the way her nickname had to start with a different letter than her real name, since Gill would not have been pronounced correctly.....make sense?
