I’m pretty sure it is pronounced like " all ee ann uh " Alliana would be pronounced "all ee ahn uh".

My daughter’s name is Aliana (pron. Ali-ahna) who goes by Ali of course. I am about to have another little girl in a few weeks and we are naming her Calissa.
