We like Isla Vivienne, Isla Colleen, and Piers Nathaniel.

We’re really thinking Isla for a girl and Piers for a boy, as first names. We want a name that subtly reflects our love for nautical things without being as blunt as Sailor or Marina.

We can assure you, Piers is not made up... it’s quite old, in fact.

We’d love some more suggestions for middle names, please. :)

No, Sofia, the right spelling is Piers. I know the difference between Pierce and Piers.

Piers is, in fact, a real name: it was the Medieval form of Peter. Pierce, as a name, actually derived from Piers... Piers is older, and it is what we wish to use.

We do like Piers Alexander, though; thanks.
