Kai lorena vs. katalina elizabetta vs. kina/kona giuliana

i want a name that reflects my heritage as well as my husbands. i am italian and my husband is hawaiian. can you please help me with this. i already had twin girls carina and carmela, from a previous relationship and my husband had a son, pono. we are having a little girl. we already have one child together along with our other children. his name is kale alessandro and he is 4.

Katalina Elizabeth sounds beautiful. I really don’t care for Elizabetta but it would work for a mn.
