What do you think of the name vs. Maddi ?
I was on youtube looking up songs to listen to and I came across Maddi Jane. I instantly fell in love with the name Maddi and am now considering adding it to my list of girl names (Others are Natalie and McKenzie). What do you think of the name Maddi? Any suggestions for a middle name?

Most little girls NN Maddi are from Madison, or Madilyn. I like the name, really cute. I like it better than Natalie, I do like Mckenzie too.

Maddi is a cute nickname for Madison, Madelyn, Madeleine, Madeline, Amanda, etc., but not substantial enough to be a given name on it’s own.

I agree with the third comment, I also think it should be used only as a nickname. It is a really cute nickname but she may want to have a more mature sounding name to fall back on-to use professionaly when she gets older for example. Natalie and Madeline are beautiful and are my favorites. Good luck!

i think it’s fine as a nn but i don’t think it will work as a full first name. i think Madeleine is adorable, i prefer it to Natalie and Mackenzie
