i like chad... you could name him Chad but call him Chaddy when he’s little... then when he’s grown up he would have Chad on his resume etc instead of Chaddy which would make him seem imature.

You can use these as nn, but it would be good to give him a formal first name. It’s important to think about him applying for a job (the nn on a resume will not look professional).

I’m sorry but I don’t think you should use Chaddy at all - it is really uncomfortable to say. I agree with pp about giving him a formal first name.
