My twins names are Cassidy Sienna and Shane Callum. We had the initials be opposite, for a theme!

I like the third comment. Don’t name them so that their first initial is the same. Please. Kids hate it when parents mix their names up because they are unique and not like their siblings. Similar is still better though.
