Well, neither really. It’s a boys name all-round and it doesn’t matter how much you skew the spelling, it still will be. Elliette at least looks somewhat feminine.

I like it as a girl’s name but don’t like either spelling you listed. They look like you are trying too hard. I like Elliot. Once she’s here no one will say anything bad about her name.
