The only ones I really like are Amelia Anne (my favorite as fn mn), Tessa Mae, Evie Kate, and Zoe Claire (my favorite as a double name).

Carter, Ryan, and Chance are boy names and I don’t think they look cute on a girl.

Nora and Mary are a little outdated to me, I don’t like super classic names, but that’s just my opinion.

Eva is nice and so is Tara (spelled this way). Rosie is just too cutesy to me and won’t age well.

I like Nora Jane and Zoe Claire best. I would eliminate Ryan Mae and Terra Carter (sounds like Terra Cotta)

I’d suggest that with a sister called Kyle, you need a name that is sporty so as not too clash, but feminine, so it doesn’t sound like you have two boys (or wanted to).

I think Zoe Claire is your best bet and Evie Kate or Tessa without Mae would work as well (I think Mae in the mn spot turns most names "country." I like it better as a fn).

If you just wanted to know my fav name, I absolutely Adore Nora Jane-I just don’t see it working with a sister called Kyle Rose at all.
I also think Rosie would be an odd choice, as you’ve already used a variation of it for your older daughter’s mn.

May I suggest you get rid of all the boys’ (now unisex, I suppose) names and recombine the ones that are left?
