I have personal qualms against using Jr., so I’d go with Eugene Timothy. I love Eugene, and it’s known enough that it won’t raise eyebrows, but little used enough that there won’t be 8 other Eugenes in his classes at school. Also, you’ll be naming him after his Daddy, but without the whole Jr. mess (and it can get messy).

Michael Peter is very handsome and classic. I also love Evan Michael. I am not a fan of juniors but wouldn’t mind Eugene or Timothy as a middle name.

I was scared for a minute when you said girl names, sometimes people do choose names like these for girls. I like Michael Peter, it’s a classic name.

Timothy Eugene gets my vote, even though I think Timothy needs a strong, classic middle, along the lines of Timothy Michael, Timothy Peter or Timothy Evan. Michaerl’s strong enough to balance Eugene nicely: Michael Eugene is dashing, but I’d adore Timothy Michael!
