Trying This vs. Again! WDYT of vs. Heather & Lindsey?
Hey everyone, Kate here. I posted earlier but did not get much feedback. I’m expecting my second and third children, twin girls! I really love the names Heather and Lindsey, but my family has had very negative feedback to them. So, I’m coming here for outside opinions. No matter what, their middle names will be Leah and Anne, after my two sisters. As for using Leah or Anne as a first name, I can’t, those are my sisters names! Heather Leah and Lindsey Anne sound pretty good to me. If you love them go for it! Your family will just have to deal with it.

I like both Heather and Lindsey, but I don`t think Leah sounds good with either. Maybe Heather Leigh and Lindsey Anne. Leigh is close enough to Leah so that it`s not a stretch. Or maybe spell it Lee. Also, they`re your babies, name them what you want.

Heather and Lindsey are very pretty. will age well and they wont be the 3rd Heather or Lindsey in their class. I also agree with poster 3 about Heather’s middle name. Good luck to you :)

What doesn’t your family like about the names? In the end, they are your kids, name them what you want.
They are nice names, just not my style. They feel a bit dated to me. Every Lindsay and Heather I know (and I know quite a few) were born in the 80s.
