I love Ian Robert followed by Isaac Joseph. I also like Lucas but not crazy about Barret. I would consider it if it were a family name.

I think Isaac would be a great choice because it a) flows really well and b) Sarah was blessed with a child later on in life, it was a blessing for her, just as you said this little boy will be a blessing for you! Which is such a meaningful choice for a name.
