Lea (pronounced Lee) Marie is definitely going to be our daughter’s middle name as it is after someone incredibly special to our family. We’re still looking for a nice first name that flows well into Lea Marie though. Ideas? Siblings are Hannah Abigail (5) and Garrett Kyle (2).

Lea is usually pronounced Lee-ah, isn’t it? That is how I would pronounce it. Lea Marie is pretty!

Lea is pn Lee-ah, which i like. Leah Marie is pretty, but I don’t like Lee Marie at all. First and middle names shouldn’t rhyme. Go with Leah Marie; it goes well with your other children’s names. good luck!

Lea is not always pronounced like Leah. The person she is named after pronounces it like Lee even though it is spelled Lea.

Lea Marie and it’s pronunciation stays as the middle name and we want another name for the first name.
