Charlotte nn Charlie vs. Loraine nn Rae vs. Roberta nn Robbie
Ok so, i’m writing a story, and i need a name for one of my main characters. The character that i’m naming is a teenager, a bit of a tomboy, loves art, and is a bit of a rebel. Her mother is a very girly girl, so I want this particular character to have a really feminine or frilly fm, with a nn that is less girly,that she would have chosen for herself, and is more boyish. What do you think of these, and doyouhave other suggestions?

For my own child, I would use Charlotte (Charli), but for your story, I think Roberta (Robbie) would be best. I can just imagine it. I also like the suggestion of Wilhemia (Will) for your character. What is the book’s name?
