Felice is pretty but it reminds me of the Feliz Navidad...Maybe Felicity would be better. Saffron is very pretty. I think it would depend on your last name if that one would work for your daughter. Also the middle name you choose would be a big factor. Both are very pretty classy names. So much nicer than the popular girl names at the moment.

Felice always sounds to me like someone with an accent saying "fleas." "I’m picking up fleas in 10 minutes," etc. I’d like Felicity a lot better. Saffron is okay but a little bit too granola for my taste.
