Totally OK as a sibset. Aside from starting with the same 2 letters, they are totally different. One is biblical, one isn’t, one is kind of french, one isn’t...

The only potential problem I see is if you use the nn\’s Eli and Ellie. That could be a little too close and could get confusing...
