Ivy Elizabeth is nice, though I don’t really like the way Ivy ends in EE in Elizabeth starts with EE. It’s a little bit of a stutter saying both EE sounds. Other than that, however, I think it’s good -- the right length and rhythm.

I would avoid any E middle names. They don’t flow well with Ivy. I agree with Ivy Simone but I will give you a few more.

Ivy is a beautiful name. Ivy Elizabeth is lovely although Elizabeth has become rather a filler middle name. Ivy Georgina or Ivy Louisa would be nice.
