I think it would be very weird. You love Grace that’s why it’s your first daughter’s mn. There’s no need to use it again. I’m sure you’ll find a similar name that you will love. Here’s some ideas:

I had the same issue with using my son’s middle name as my new baby’s first name. Everyone I talked to and every search I have done has given a big thumbs down to the idea.
