Josephine has French roots, so not a Hispanic name.

I would categorize Lucy as a super cute name. Lucille nn Lucy is my favorite.
Josephine is French, I think Josefina is the Spanish version if you want a Hispanic name.

I’ve never thought of Josie or Josephine as being Hispanic. Both sound quite dated and unflattering to me though. Lucy is a beautiful name. It’s cute but also sophisticated. I also love Catherine.Lucy Catherine sounds best to me. GL!
