Elleanna Renee vs. Eliana Renee vs. Elliana Renee

Which spelling is best? I want it to be pronounced Ellie-onna, not Ell-anna or Elli-anna, if that makes sense. And what do you think of the name? I’m trying to name my daughter after her grandmothers, using their middle names, Ellen, and Ann. Renee is my middle name, so that one is for sure.

Make sure you use one of the spellings with ana at the end since you don’t want the name pronouced anna. Either of those two spellings look nice to me.

The spelling Elleanna is least likely to be pronounced the way you want the name to be pronounced. Eliana and Elliana are both nice.
