I love both names. My oldest is Alex (Alexander) age 20. He was born with almost black hair that promptly fell out. When it came back in, it was blonde. He was blonde until age 4... then for about the nxt 6 years, he was dark blond in the summer months and brown-haired in the fall/winter months. Now, at age 20, his hair is dark-brown year round. You can tie the name to hair color. :)P.S. For us to have had a blond was a big surprise.
