100% a BOY’s name. I would never use it for a girl! My own name is technically unisex though its def. used more for girls and yet despite that - I get mail addressed to "Mr" all the time. I am begging you - save your daughter a lifetime of trouble and give her a girl’s name

It’s a boy’s name. If you MUST use Aiden as a girl’s name (I’ve heard of multiple girl Aidyns lately..), use a very feminine middle name to make it less masculine. Like Aidyn Isabella or something : )

Definitely a boy’s name. Plus I’m so sick of seeing Aiden and all the names that rhyme with it. Why not try Ada?
Ada Spencer would work.
PS I also get mail addressed to Mr. when it’s for me. So annoying!
