Those are all Swedish First names. I think Hokan would work best as a middle name.
By the way I couldnt find Hokan as a swedish name, but did find it mentioned as a language for native americans.

The name is usually spelled Håkan in Swedish but I guess Hokan will do the trick as well. I live in Finland and we have a family friend called Håkan.
I like that name :D Go for it!
