Richard vs. Regina vs. Suggestions

I already have a little girl named Victoria and I have another child on the way. I’m waiting to find out the sex of the baby, so I need girl and boy names. I know I like Regina for a girl and Richard for a boy, but I’m not completely sure about them and was hoping someone could give me suggestions? Hopefully that will tell you the sort of names I like and might be helpful. Thanks so much!

Richard was ok in the past because kids weren’t as cruel, but these days, a boy whose name could also be Dick is just torture. The name Richard is ok especially if you use Ricky as a nn, but I say try something else. I think Regina is ok, but not near as pretty as your daughter Victoria’s name. Others:
