Catherine ? vs. Cassandra ? vs. Katherine Cecily
Which of these do you like best as a full name for Casey? I realise Casey can be a standalone name, but for me, it just doesn’t pass the resume test. However, my husband loves it, so as a compromise, we’ve agreed to use it as a nickname. We have one daughter named Molly, and although I love her name, my one regret is not giving her a ’full’ name. Therefore, we need a proper name for Casey. If you have any other suggestions for full names for Casey, we are open to suggestions. The last name is Jordan. Thanks ~ Karen.

I’ll be honest - Katherine Cecily isn’t my favorite combination .. I find it slightly offputting.
However, all of the first names you picked are lovely, feminine names .. therefore, I would pick a middle name that connects the prettiness of Katherine, Catherine, and Cassandra to the well-rounded name Jordan.
First, we have:
Catherine Alexa Jordan
Catherine Ava Jordan
or, for a break from the ’A’ trend,
Catherine Delilah Jordan
Then (my favorite firstie from above!):
Cassandra Ruby Jordan
Cassandra Hailey Jordan
Cassandra Dana Jordan
And, of course:
Katherine Vanessa Jordan (for a broad mix)
Katherine Cora Jordan
Katherine Annette Jordan
Katherine Cassidy Jordan
Hope I helped. :)
Oh, and I almost forgot your mention of the name Casey.
I personally love the idea of using Casey as a first name, and I believe with the right middle name you’ll feel the ’fullness’ of it shining through. :)
Let me run through some suggestions for you, my dear:
Casey Tiffany Jordan
Casey Diana Jordan
Casey Cameron Jordan
Casey Anna Jordan
Casey Amari Jordan
Casey Theresa Jordan
Casey Jayden Jordan
Casey Mariah Jordan
And honestly? Using Katherine, Catherine, or Cassandra (or Cassidy) as a middle name for Casey is cute, playful, and could help settle your dispute.
I hope you find the right name! :)
These are my ideas for a longer name with nn Casey:
Clarissa or Carissa
Katherine Cecily is cool because you can use her intials as her nn.

How is Molly not a "full name". That’s like saying Mary, Karen, Joan, Alice, etc. aren’t full names. I’ve never understood that whole "full name" thing, or the "a name they can grow into". HUH???
Katherine = Casey?? How does that work? I like Casey on it’s own, I dont’ think it needs a longer name.
Casey may not be an intuitive nickname for Katherine, but what does it matter? Nicknames don’t have to come from the actual name. I don’t see why a Katherine couldn’t be called Casey. It’s shortened to Katie and Kathy, so Casey really isn’t that much of a stretch.
Most nicknames are intuitive anyway. Jack is a nn for John, Molly is a nn for Mary, Meg is a nn for Margaret. Therefore, I don’t see why Casey can’t be a nn for Catherine/Katherine.
