These are beautiful names, but a kid who had them would be teased to death. If you really want a name that means something, how about using one in a different language? Examples:
Kokoro- fire
Libi- my heart
Parisa- sprightly, fairy-like
Pari- fairy
Astra- star
Estelle- star
Roxanne- star, bright, dawn
