Brooke elizabeth vs. Nielly elizabeth vs. Fallon elizabeth

We’re adopting a little girl very soon! She’s seven months old, her first name is Elizabeth, but we’d like to change it to either Brooke, Nielly (pronouced Ni-elle-lee), or Fallon. However, we want her middle name to be Elizabeth. A few suggestions are okay, but were pretty attached to the ideas of these names. Thank you in advance, Ellen and Carlos

She is probably already used to her name Elizabeth by now, do Elizabeth Brooke

At 7 months, she’s not used to her name enough to not change it. I think your choices are lovely. What you might do is call her "Fallon Elizabeth" (or whichever fn) for a while to help her transition from Elizabeth to Fallon (or whichever). Eventually, you would drop off Elizabeth and just call her Fallon (or whichever). Best wishes!
