I like Ekaterina, but not with Liliya. What about Ekaterina Lily instead? Elena Maria would be my second choice.

If you’re living in America, I would definitely go with Elena Maria--it’s absolutely lovely, very Russian, but still certainly fits in with present day American culture, which your child will thank you for. She can keep her heritage but avoid feeling self-conscious among her peers! I believe her name will constantly be misspelled and mispronounced if you go with Ekaterina, and while I do like Anastasia, I’m not a fan of Oksana. Good luck!
