Yes, I am dumbfounded by the number of people that pick the same names over and over. No wonder we have a top 10 names.

I have taken to the name Wilhelmina and no one seems to like it. I like it because it combines by grandparents names into one, Willis and Ina. Plus it has excellant nn possibilities.

I dislike Alexis.

I hate the weird spellings people come up with especially the y subsitutions.

Yes, I hate names that sound like nicknames- Mia, Lily, Lexi, Lucy ugh. And also Faith, Laura/Lauren, Penelope, Amelia, Alexis, Juliana and Vanessa.

It’s trendy names I dislike. Peyton, Paisley, Nevaeh, things like that.

I HATE Alexa and how it sounds. And also Alexis and Alexandra. The only one I kinda like is Alexia. I don’t really care about really overused names like Elizabeth or Grace, are just boring to me.

I dislike Payton and Paisley ew. I don’t see the appeal of Mia either.

I don\’t like names like Hazel, Ruby, Bella names, and Evelyn. They all seem like old lady names are I don\’t even think that they are pretty.

Charlotte! I can’t stand it and these names that sound like grandma names that are coming back like Eloise, Marilyn, Evelyn, Fiona and Etc... I also hate the trend of putting perfectly great boy names on girls. oh and the name Marley! It’s almost as bad as Charlotte.

I can’t stand Mia, Alexa, Alexis, Laura, Lauren, Amelia, Evangeline, Eloise, Juliana or Charlotte. And also really boyish names like Dylan or Ryan (that I love on boys) on girls.

I dislike Leah, Leigh, Pippa, Piper, Mckenzie, Addison and Madison. They are not my absolute least favorites, just the names I hate that are really popular. I also dislike names that are so popular that they are boring. The worst names though are Gretchen, Bertha, and the winner is Hortense.

There are very few real names that I hate. Maybe really cheesy names like Candy, Skye, or Rain. But I really, really dislike all of the trendy, made-up names (i.e., Paisely, Finley, Nevaeh). And I hate misspelled names! Why do people suddenly think putting a "y" in everything is cool? Don’t they see that it’ll date their kids when their grown? And as the mother of an "Adeline," which is a real, traditional, properly spelled name, all of the "Adalyn," Adelynn," etc. make me crazy! Curious as to what name it is that you hate poster.

I hate the names Calliope, Melissa, Marissa, Kate, Jen, Rebecca, Moriah (love Mariah but not with the o). But I love Destiny

I hate the name Sloane. I see it on here all the time and think to myself "That is hideous!" What is the appeal of this name?
