All the Graysons/Gracens that I’ve known have been men. Sorry. I just don’t think it is a female name.

According to BabyNamesWorld.com & ThinkBabyNames.com, the name Grayson is a BOY name - not unisex. PLEASE stop trying to poach names from our boys. The more people do that, the less masculine boy names we have. You’re having a girl, ergo she should have a girl’s name.

I like Gracen/Greysen for a girl. It doesn’t sound any more masculine than Riley or Bailey or Cassidy or Kennedy...So go for it! I think it sounds a little fruity for a boy anyway.
