Sloan Archer vs. WDYT

Hi, I posted earlier about Sloan, someone suggested Archer as a middle name and I really liked Archer. It is a combination of Rich and Roger (my dad and my father in law) but my dad’s name is not richard it’s just rich so does it still honor him and does this name sound nice in general? Thank you for all the help!

If you have an name ending in "n" like Sloan and mn beginning with a vowel, then it’s not good for flow because the names blend into each other to become one long one (Sloanarcher).
