Tatum and Cassidy, sorry to say, are girls names, so I would not use them at all. My suggestion would be Tyson. It sounds great with your daughter’s name.

Actually Tate is a boys name, as is Cassidy. I’ve seen Tatum on one girl and hated it and Cassidy only on boys. They will always be boys names to me. Tatum may lean more towards female these days but Cassidy is all boy.

There’s no reason to refuse a name just because a few people of the opposite gender have it. I say, take it back. Ryan is being used on girls too but are we just going to stand by and let it happen just because? Parker has been used by girls, just like Payton, Madison, Mackenzie, Cillian, Rowan, Logan, Hunter, Quinn, Carson, Michael, etc. Like I said, if you like it, take it back. Who cares if one girl who probably lives states or oceans away has a name that once belonged to a bunch of boys?
