I’ve never thought Rachel is a very pretty name. I like Sarah, but I like Chloe with Hannah better because they are more different.

I think Chloe should be the middle name. It sounds good with both names and they all sound good with your last name. Rachel Chloe Whitaker or Sarah Chloe Whitaker just my opinion its your choice.
