I love Alex, but I would only ever use it as a nickname for Alexander. That being said, of the three listed, I prefer Aaron since Alexander isn’t an option.

Austin, Andrew and Aaron. Although I do like the pp’s suggestion of Alexander nn Alex.

Well, Aaron, I guess, but it is a [removed] matchy with Austin; I think you should look for something that doesn’t end in "n." I don’t much care for the nicknamey Alec/Alex either. Perhaps you would consider: Abner, Ambrose, Angus, Arthur, or August? Good luck!
