Your favorite vs. dutch girls vs. names

Hello, I know this is kind of random, but anyway, I’m writing a book and I need name ideas. The girl is dutch, 13 years old, blonde hair, brown eyes, and lives in the 1700’s. She is not very girly at all, but she does care about other people, especially her family. I originally called her Liberty, but that’s not exactly dutch, if you know what I mean. I like Cecelia, but I was wondering if you could give me other ideas. Thanks!

I would try to google some information about the Netherlands in the 1700s. The only thing I know about Dutch names from that long ago was that they didn’t have standard surnames. People in the same family would have different last names based on the father’s name, until it became a part of the French empire in the 1700s. It’s all pretty complicated (especially if you’re trying to find your ancestry...)

I have a good friend named Janneke (Yah-nick-a)who is from the Netherlands. That’s really the only one I know and I can’t find any real history on it.
