Lila Carey vs. Lila Belle

We have decided on Lila (lie-lah) for our baby girl but just need help with her middle name. Both Carey and Belle are family surnames. I have done a lot of research on the Carey family but realises it is more of a boys name than a girls. Belle is the only other family name that works as a girls first name too but I don’t know (and can’t find) much info about this side of the family. Which would you use?
