Voted Margaret nn Daisy :)

Even though Daisy is indeed a traditional nn for Margaret, I’d be a little concerned that its sound is too far removed from either of these first names for it really to catch on as a nickname - I fear you’re far more likely to find yourself with a Maggie or a Lizzie on your hands.

At the end of the day, seeing as Daisy may be a difficult nn to encourage, and it sounds like she might go by her full name when she gets older, I’d focus on which of these two names you prefer, or if there’s actually another name (that may not get the nn of Daisy) that you prefer to both of them
