i am 4 months pregnant and in a couple weeks i’m going to try and find out the gender...for the names i was thinking Damien Cruz Otero for a boy and Analea Marie Otero for a girl i’m not quite sure of the middle name for Analea...any suggestions??

Is Analea pronounced Anna Lee? It sounds a little too sing songy with Marie, plus Marie is pretty common and boring as a middle name. I’d also caution you that Analea sounds a lot like "anally" which may not be a good thing. Maybe Anneliese?
