Somebody is playing games with all the polls. There’s no way to get accurate results.

I personally prefer Isabelle nn Elle or Ella BUT this is I think due to the fact I grew up with the name CLAIRE which is pretty but my nn’s Pixie, Clarabelle & Claire-bear are all longer then my actual name, same with my sister Amy who get’s called Ams, Kins or Amykins. Our older 3 siblings have long names that can be shortened so we’ve noticed that we both like long names that can be shortened. I work in childcare and have had a couple of Ella’s in my group and it is a gorgeous name and the kids were beautiful, I went to school with an Elle and she was just amazing, adored her. There’s nothing wrong with short and sweet names if you’re keen to use them instead. My personal preference would be to use the longer version and then use Elle or Ella as a nn. Beautiful names though, congrats on your little one!
