Hi, I have one son named Casey, and he is 2 years old. I am pregnant with b/g twins. Casey is very excited that he will have a little brother + sister! We love the name emma, so don’t try to change our minds because we are set on emma. her middle name will be scarlet. for the boy, we are using william probably, after my husband’s father. The nickname is what we are not sure about. W are not considering Willy, Bill, or Billy, but we do have a liking to liam and will. please help! - ellie, david, + the kids: casey sean, emma scarlet, and william (nn ?)
