Elisha vs. On A Girl?
My boyfriend’s name is Elijah and my mom’s name is Elisabetta so I thought if I combine them it could be Elisha I know Elisha is a boy in The Bible but could it work on our girl? Her nickname would be Ellie not Eli. She’s due in June. Thank you! ~Viv and Elijah

I think it is more a girls name. I pronounce it eh-leesh-a. So I think Alisha is a fine alternative athough I may be pronouncing it wrong!

WDYT of Elsa, Elijah or Alicia (prn the same as Elisha but more readable).
