Why vs. did you choose vs. your child’s name?
I’m pregnant and I am so confused about the whole naming thing. How did you choose your child or children’s name(s)? Family name? Special meaning? Or did you just like the sound or look of it? When I chose each of my children’s names, I just loved the name. Didn’t care if no one else liked them or not. My children’s middle names are family names. Some people want all of the kids names to flow together. If you have a Jack for instance and then you pick a totally different style for the next child, it would seem weird.

I have one daughter she is 7 months. Her name is Piper Rose. I like Piper thought it was popular but not crazy popular. My husband was not so sure at first when I suggested it. We told some friends and they liked it they keep saying how is baby Piper. After hearing it a few times my husband grew to like it. As for her middle name that is after my Grandmother.
Does the J. in Adymm J. stand for anything?

My children are Leo Miles (Leo because it means lion, a symbol of strength and courage, also my astro sign and Miles after my brother), Fiona Rosa (Fiona to honor my irish heritage and Rosa after my sister) and Violet Brooklyn (My favorite flower and the place I grew up.)
