Toby vs. Tobiath

Looking for a name for my second son. I love Toby but don’t know if it can stand alone. What do you think? If not then I am thingk Tobiath- nn Toby. I can’t use Tobias even though that would be my top pick because it sounds really bad with my older sons name. Thanks!

How about Tobiah? I’ve always loved it, along with the nickname Toby! However, I do think Toby can stand on its own, without needing a name to be a nickname for. Toby is fine; I’ve always loved it! :-)

Tobiath sounds awkward. Tobiah is a little better. Tobias would still be the best. I know plenty of siblings whose names don’t really flow together (5 boys all with names ending in S--sounded like a snake when you said them together, but they all had nicknames and it worked out).

My older sons name is Tyrus. I really hate Tyrus and Tobias. I just can’t get over it. I think Tyrus and Tobiah are much better!
